Shelby Williams comes to us with over 18 years of experience in ophthalmology and optical. Prior to joining Chang Eye Group, she served as a Practice Manager of a large medical practice. She is American Board of Opticianry and COA certified. Shelby received her bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris University in Business Administration.


Shelby strives to maintain excellence in the operations of the group, while the physicians focus on maintaining excellence in medical care.
